Re: laboratory — how the problem with garbage was transformed into eco-opportunities

Slogan: “We create new price from priceless garbage”

TA: eco-conscious citizens; those who are interested in protecting the environment and want to do something about it

About the initiative

It is an open workshop that allows teenagers and adults to see what can be made from recycled materials in the format of creative processing.

What are they doing now

They are currently working on environmental projects that are educational or aimed at building infrastructure. This is directly the Re: laboratory, and other projects such as:

• collection of secondary raw materials from the residents of the innovation center Promprylad. Renovation in b2b format, we teach them to properly handle household waste, collect them and send them for recycling. In this way we monetize our activities and recoup educational and social activities.

• popularization of local consumption and support of urban farming. We have a city roof garden - Urban Green Garden, where we grow vegetables, hold environmental and educational events, and develop a city farm for growing greenery.

• The creation of a Re: space, which will unite the community, business and government, will enable them to intersect in the direction of proper waste management. There will be a public sorting station, where everyone can bring recycled materials and be sure that it will be recycled.
